3、Reduce downtime
Adopt two-way over-iron release hydraulic cylinder, can let the iron through the crusher cavity.
Hydraulic clearing of the crushing chamber stroke is large and has nothing to do with liner wear,
reducing the workload and working hours required to clear the clogged materials in the crushing chamber,
thus shortening the downtime. The hydraulic motor drives the fixed cone, which can accurately adjust the discharge opening.
The hydraulic motor can also make the fixed cone turn out of the adjusting ring thread,
which makes the work of replacing the liner easier.
4、Easy maintenance
All parts of the Multi-cylinder Cone Crusher can be disassembled and maintained from the top or the side,
and the moving cone and fixed cone can be easily disassembled without dismantling the frame.
5. Flexible application
The Multi-cylinder Cone Crusher can change the crushing chamber from short-head ultra-fine to standard ultra-coarse by
simply replacing the fixed cone liner, moving cone liner, adapter ring and wedge bolts;

Hydraulic motors are capable of adjusting the feed opening under load,
making it easy to adjust the crushing circuit to achieve a balanced production and thus a stable productivity of the crusher.
If the crusher needs to be integrated into the DCS centralized control system of the whole plant to realize fully automatic control,
it can be realized by adding a hydraulic motor position sensing to follow the discharge opening of the crusher.
