Granite Crushing Production Process Overview
A granite crushing production line operates in three sequential stages: coarse crushing, medium/fine crushing, and screening.
Stage 1: Coarse Crushing
Granite extracted via blasting is uniformly fed through a vibrating feeder and silo system into a jaw crusher. Here, the raw stone undergoes initial size reduction to produce coarse aggregates.
Stage 2: Medium/Fine Crushing
The coarsely crushed material is screened by a vibrating screen, with oversized particles transferred via belt conveyor to a cone crusher for further refinement. This stage achieves precise particle size reduction for intermediate and fine aggregates.
Stage 3: Screening & Recirculation
The crushed material is transported to a vibrating screen for final classification. Aggregates meeting the customer’s specified size requirements are routed to finished-product stockpiles via belt conveyors. Oversized particles are recirculated to an impact crusher for additional processing, forming a closed-loop system to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
